Our one day interactive and hands-on workshop will give you practical tools and ‘ways-in’ to help you forge your unique mind-body-voice connection.
What to expect:
The morning will be dedicated to inner awareness through the mindfulness explorations of Mindfulness Trainer Josee Boijens, followed by Yin Yoga with Voice Coach and Yin Instructor Lopa Sircar.
In the afternoon, Lopa will take aspects of Yin Yoga and move into a resonant exploration of the spoken voice.
