Mindfulness training (in English) waitlist fall 2026

We will practice being present with what is happening right now, with a gentle, friendly attitude. With curiosity and without judgment. You will step out of autopilot mode, enabling you to make more conscious choices and experience greater balance.

This will enable you to live your life with more peace, healthy energy, resilience, and focus.

In this 8-week mindfulness training course, you will practice, among other things:
- Dealing with stress, (worrying) thoughts, and emotions in a more conscious way
- Better recognizing and respecting your boundaries
- Explanations about stress, fixed patterns, negative thinking, and more
- Guided attention/meditation exercises
- Making space for peace, clarity, and recovery
- Developing kindness toward yourself
 

This 8-week training will take place in the fall of 2026.

Register on time, preferably at least 2 weeks in advance, so that there is enough time to schedule the intake (introductory conversation). Where we get to know each other, align expectations, and ensure the training is a good fit for you

The training will take place when there is a min. of 4 participants.


Because Nathalie is registered as a Category 1 trainer with the VMBN and as an advanced trainer with the quality register SMR, your insurance may (partially) cover the training. Always check this with your insurer in advance. Payment is always your own responsibility; if eligible, you can submit a claim to your insurer afterwards. Additionally, some employers cover (part of) the costs of a mindfulness training
