Mindfulness training (in English)

This will enable you to live your life with more peace, healthy energy, resilience, and focus.
In this 8-week mindfulness training course, you will practice, among other things:
- Dealing with stress, (worrying) thoughts, and emotions in a more conscious way
- Better recognizing and respecting your boundaries
- Explanations about stress, fixed patterns, negative thinking, and more
- Guided attention/meditation exercises
- Making space for peace, clarity, and recovery
- Developing kindness toward yourself
This 8-week training course starts on Monday, February 23, 2026, from 7:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
Dates Feb: 23 | Mar: 2, 9, 16, 23, 30 | Apr: 7, 13 + Silence session: Saturday, April 11
Please note: due to Easter, one session will take place on Tuesday (April 7)
Live Online via Zoom + silent half-day at a location in Leiden (if there is sufficient interest)
