Mindfulness training (in English)

We will practice being present with what is happening right now, with a gentle, friendly attitude. With curiosity and without judgment. You will step out of autopilot mode, enabling you to make more conscious choices and experience greater balance.

This will enable you to live your life with more peace, healthy energy, resilience, and focus.

In this 8-week mindfulness training course, you will practice, among other things:
- Dealing with stress, (worrying) thoughts, and emotions in a more conscious way
- Better recognizing and respecting your boundaries
- Explanations about stress, fixed patterns, negative thinking, and more
- Guided attention/meditation exercises
- Making space for peace, clarity, and recovery
- Developing kindness toward yourself

 

This 8-week training course starts on Monday, February 23, 2026, from 7:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
Dates Feb: 23 | Mar: 2, 9, 16, 23, 30 | Apr: 7, 13 + Silence session: Saturday, April 11
Please note: due to Easter, one session will take place on Tuesday (April 7)

Live Online via Zoom + silent half-day at a location in Leiden (if there is sufficient interest)
